I am the fabulous Alisha Joy Kruger!

I started dabbing with this blogging thing in 2007 while  in college.  I would write random stuff and enjoyed the conversations that stemmed from them.

I then found myself venturing into the network marketing industry but got overwhelmed by all the different gurus and “duplicatable systems”.

I saw that network marketing really does work and has potential but I got overwhelmed with all the “rules” & new bigger/badder/ opportunities and technology opportunities coming out about every 30 seconds, it seemed,  that I QUIT.

I let my blog sit, my websites, EVERYTHING.  I straight up quit.

I have since moved to Indiana, with my fiance, Josh and we’re expecting a baby boy!

During the time away from blogging, I found myself missing my open/honest vents to the world.

I also missed the fact that my writing and my humor may spark something in somebody out there that helps them, or gets them moving, or gives them hope.

It was a break that lead me to self-awareness and now that I am expecting my passion for health and wellness has become so huge that I can’t help but talk about it.

However, still, I don’t have a system & don’t want one.

I’m just going to be me.

My Mission:

To just be me and use the tools that God has blessed me with:

my mouth that likes to yap,

my quirky unique humor that yes, not all can handle,

my able body that lets me move & assist,

my desire to learn and most importantly my passion to reach out, give, help and serve.

I am about truly living life and loving it (including the road bumps along the way).

I like to hang with positive people.

I understand that I am not everyone’s cup of tea.

Legally, I need to tell you that parts of this blog may be an advertisement, that I may make some money from this.

Silly me, I would tell you that anyways, not because I dislike hanging out in court rooms or that I have a fetish for Judge Judy  but, because it is the right thing to do.

I am not ashamed to be in the network marketing industry where I am passionate about health and wellness.

Because if helping you achieve your health and wellness goals will save you money on health care costs, extend your life and pass on healthier genes to your children; I am honored to be a part of this with you!

I like to help people embrace an “I can” mindset or an “I love life! (and MEAN IT)” mindset and to help others fire their boss. To encourage others to have a plan B, to not sit & think “is this the life that I’ve been given or “is there more?”.

(If you hang out with me in person, you will often here me say, “man, I ROCK at life!” or “I LOVE LIFE!!!”

Yes, it may seem stuck up, but for me positive affirmations work and I can’t help it nor, do I want to lose it.

I know first hand what it is like to be real, real low.

I was extremely depressed for one year or so (time blurs) and I thank my workout DVDs and my wonderful close friends and family for being there for me.

God made me a fire ball of positive energy and working out helps me have it!

I love to feel good!!!

Even more about me:

I grew up on a small dairy farm in Minnesota.

My parent’s taught my brothers and I how to be hard workers, dedicated, and driven individuals.

From early on, I realized that I really liked to make people laugh and even more so that I liked to help people.

While in high school and college I didn’t realize that in order to make a living I could just be me and do what I’m good at.

I thought I had to learn to “be somebody”.

However, now that all the “schooling” is done I’m realizing I can be somebody by just being me but that education isn’t complete.

I now invest in personal development.

I encourage you to dig into this website and look around, explore, read what catches your attention, leave comments and share the content with others.

Edmund Burke said, “Reading without reflecting is like eating without digestion”.  Gosh, who doesn’t want to digest?
